- Photograph each page in daylight without shadows.

- Choose A4 for printing or online submissions.
- Click "Create PDF".
How to reduce PDF size
Lower quality to 70–75% and limit width to 1600–2000 px. That is usually enough to fit 10 pages under a 2–5 MB upload limit.
The PDF contains images, not text, so you cannot search or copy text from it.
File privacy
Conversion runs in your browser. Images are never sent to a server, so the tool is safe for passports, contracts and personal photos. Everything disappears when you close the tab.
